1. Burner Service Plan A: $269.00

This plan includes:

*All Oil Burner Parts
*All Electrical Controls
*All Emergency Service Calls
*Annual Maintenance / Clean Out,
         - Replacement of nozzle, filter, and pump strainer
       - Vacuum boiler
       - Calibration of burner
       - Chimney inspect

*Replacement and/or repair of the following parts: 
  Aquastat, Transformer, Electrodes, Draft regulator, Blast
  tube, Limit Control, Fan Motor, Oil Burner Motor, Fuel Oil Pump,
  Zone Stack Relay, Fan Control, Air Cone, Ignition Leads,
  Circulator Relay, Circulator Motor, Standard thermostat, and
  Nozzle Assembly.

* Oil lines, Oil tanks and sidewall vents are not covered under service contract. Water side components are not covered under Burner Service Plans and are charged hourly rate plus parts. Obsolete parts that are not available can not be covered under service plan.  $25 charge for each additional zone. This service is non-refundable.

2. Hot Water Service Plan Plan B: $95.00

This plan includes:

*All Oil Burner Parts
*All Electrical Controls
*All Emergency Service Calls
*Annual Maintenance / Clean Out

*Water side components are not covered under Burner Service Plans and are charged hourly rate plus parts. Obsolete parts that are not available can not be covered under service plan. This service is non-refundable.

3. Efficient Energy Systems Easy Budget Plan

For your convenience budgets are based on a 12-month budget.  Payments are due by the tenth of the month.  The budget is based on a calculation that multiplies gallons per year, by current price, and then divided by the ten monthly payments.  Near the end of the budget program an analysis is completed and your budget is adjusted accordingly.  This is for the customers benefit and eliminates a substantial balance or credit.

You will receive budget envelopes as soon as this information is processed.  The information on your budget envelopes include amount of your monthly budget, your name, address, and the date your budget is due.
